Shipping & Returns

Please handle jewelry with care. If an unlikely event occurs and your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact Holland & Birch within two business days. Your jewelry will be replaced and we will pay for shipping both ways.

Returns and exchanges on regular priced items are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges cannot be made on sale items.

Holland & Birch will repair your jewelry within 3 months of the purchase date.
